Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is thrilled to announce the opening of our new clinic in Astoria, OR in December 2025! This new site will significantly enhance the health and well-being of our community by expanding our behavioral health services, including mental health therapy, and introducing new dental and pharmacy service lines, including a convenient drive-through pharmacy. We would like our Dentists to start either in October or November to onboard to the new clinic.

Position Highlights:

• $180K base compensation plus $50k annual geographical pay differential; will increase for highly productive dentists
• $50K student loan assistance
• $30K hiring bonus
• $20K relocation allowance
• 1-year $18k auto/housing stipend ($1,500 monthly)
• YVFWC qualifies dentists for federal and state student loan repayment programs that could add to your annual income

What You’ll Do:

• Care for the underserved community in Astoria and surrounding communities
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services based on patient needs
• Work with a collaborative team consisting of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and dental receptionists to provide our patients with an excellent experience

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry
• Current OR State Dentist License
