Deputy Revenue Cycle Director

$219,665 - $281,879 Annually
Salary placement is dependent upon qualifications.

Santa Clara Valley Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Revenue Cycle Director. This position plays a key role in optimizing revenue cycle operations and is responsible for working closely with the Revenue Cycle Director to oversee and manage revenue cycle operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and financial growth.

Required Background and Experience:

A qualified candidate would typically acquire the necessary knowledge and abilities through education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with major work in Business or Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience managing procedural area billing and medical practice billing, collection processes, and healthcare reimbursement, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.

An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility and professional billing, ensuring they have the expertise to navigate complex revenue cycle processes. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments and stakeholders. A high level of emotional intelligence is also critical, as it helps foster positive relationships and resolve challenges with empathy and understanding. Experience working with labor unions is a plus, as it would provide a deeper understanding of workforce dynamics; however, we encourage all candidates with relevant experience to apply.
