We are seeking a Director, Ambulatory Access Optimization and Transformation:
Responsible for the operational and programmatic leadership of transformation in the ambulatory setting.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovative solutions and implement new processes and technology to increase quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize and continuously improve ambulatory processes and workflows across the enterprise.
Develop and monitor goals and objectives for ambulatory operation in alignment with strategies initiatives.
Lead process improvement and technological innovation that results in meaningful contributions to our patients and those who care for them.
Make data-driven decisions to support ambulatory clinics as they seek to achieve health equity and meet organizational goals.
Develop goals and monitor success of programs aimed at improving ambulatory access.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, User-Centered Design, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology Required
Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, User-Centered Design, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology Preferred
Work Experience
7 years work experience, with at least 5 years relevant experience in healthcare consulting, information technology, user-centered design, process improvement, including at least 3 years of direct people management Required
10 years work experience in a large academic or complex health program that included department/specialty specific services. Experience with Lean Management or Agile processes Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Epic software certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence Scheduling, or related applications Preferred
