We offer specialized evidence-based services for patients experiencing Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, Trauma- and Stress-Related Disorders, and Sexual Dysfunction. We offer specialty programs in Women’s Behavioral Health, Addictions, Trauma, and Neurocognitive Disorders. The Psychotherapist serves as a critical part of our clinical team; they are an independent provider who functions within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to provide psychotherapy. POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager 2, Behavioral Health is responsible for, with oversight by the Director, managing operations and individual contributors who exercise moderate independence in assignments. The Manager is responsible for recruitment, training and orientation of employees as well as the overall ongoing development and initiation of innovative mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The Manager is tasked to research, develop, and initiate evidenced based clinical curriculum, ensure coordination of services, and provide guidance and feedback related to overall quality assurance. The Manager also provides clinical and administrative supervision for staff and assists with program development tasks in collaboration with the Director. Additionally, the Manager carries a caseload of patients, providing evidence-based, individual and group psychotherapy. The Manager leads administrative and treatment team meetings. May also serve as clinical supervisor for licensed clinical staff seeking their Independent social work licensure (LISW).

Minimum Qualifications:

For Hire: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field; Independent Ohio license to practice (i.e., LISW, LPCC, LICDC) with Supervisory Designation is required. A minimum of five years of experience working with patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders is also required. Experience and/or training in at least one evidence-based psychotherapy modality (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy) is preferred. Prior leadership and supervisory experience is preferred.
