We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Clinical Analyst - BCBA in the Utilization Management - Behavioral Health (BCBA) Department.
There are 6 positions available.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Utilization Management Manager - Behavioral Health (BCBA), this position:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking a BCBA who holds a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or similar field of study and has an active certification in good standing to join our team. As a Clinical Analyst you will have worked extensively in the field of ABA with expert knowledge of treatment plan review and clinical necessity. This role is ideal for individuals who are ready to pivot (in terms of environment from in the field to working remotely) to utilize your knowledge and expertise to ensure quality and ethical behavioral health services are delivered to our members.

The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below.
The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Zone 1 (Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz)
$78,332—$125,341 USD
Zone 2 (Mariposa and Merced)
$71,280—$114,067 USD
OUR BENEFITS
Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
