Position Requirements:Master`s Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a physician practice environment with a focus in cardiology.3-5years of progressive leadership experience.Advanced oral written presentation interpersonal analytical and organizational skills Planning prioritization deployment and evaluation expertise Proficiency in the operation and understanding of physician clinics and service lines Expert communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills Previous experience in coaching and mentoring individuals along a developmental continuum Strong and effective project and time management skillsPurpose:The Director of Cardiovascular services for Advocate Children`s Hospital and Advocate Medical Group will play an integral role in operations of the CV program strategic direction for the CV program and integration activities through out the pediatric partnerships. The Service Line Director is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and direction for Pediatric outpatient and specialty programs across the Advocate Aurora Children`s enterprise. This position has accountability for planning leadership development organizing and directing patient care services ensuring high quality patient care interdisciplinary collaboration physician practices and engagement customer loyalty and associate engagement. This position will oversee clinical operations to multiple practice sites ensuring that quality patient care is provided in a cost-effective manner.Accountabilities:Leads the development and implementation of strategic plans that integrate the the goals of Advocate Children`s Hospital and Advocate Medical Group.Develops and implements business plans which incorporate the identification and development of market growth opportunities including the identification of new markets locations technology and capital planning.Collaborates with physician partners on a consistent basis.
