Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Serve as the administrative leader for CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake.
- Plan, organize, implement, and direct resources in assigned operational areas.
- Model ethical management behavior and promote ethical and moral principles.
Patient Care Services:
- Maintain direct responsibility for Nursing Practice on the assigned campus.
- Collaborate with medical staff, ancillary services, community leaders, agencies, and payors.
- Build strong relationships with physicians and employees to improve patient experience, physician engagement, and staff engagement.
Operational Responsibility:
- Direct operational responsibility for specific departments and programs on the assigned campus.
- Manage additional responsibilities or consultative duties as necessary to achieve campus objectives.
- Maintain matrix management responsibility for all nursing care areas on the assigned campus, regardless of reporting structure.
Key Functions:
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Engage with community leaders and agencies to address community health needs.
- Work with payors to manage financial aspects of patient care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and staff engagement.
- Oversee operational efficiency and effectiveness of assigned departments and programs.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Must have Master's or Post Graduate Degree
- Active RN license in the state of North Dakota or Compact nurse licensure
- 5 years proven leadership and management experience in healthcare
- Strong ethical and moral principles consistent with CommonSpirit Health’s Mission and Vision.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, employees, and community stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and resource management skills.
- Commitment to improving patient experience and staff engagement.
