The Service Line Administration Director supports and contributes to leading efforts across AAMG practice sites and AAH hospitals to influence, standardize, and optimize clinical and non-clinical practices ensuring high-quality, coordinated patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practice site integration.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
License/Registration/Certification Required: None Required.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field.
Experience Required: Typically requires 7 years of progressive management experience hospital or practice operations or service line role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Specialty-specific experience in areas of responsibility through either clinical training, hospital or practice operations, or other experience.
Competent knowledge of service lines from a business development, strategic, analytic, operating framework.
Project management skills (i.e. problem solving, organizing committees/work groups, facilitating meetings, project planning, managing to a project plan)
Basic computer knowledge. Epic knowledge base or ability to learn required.
